Office Manager
This full-time position is responsible for managing
the workflow and supervising several different clerical positions. This job is also responsible for managing and
maintaining the company computer systems and financial reporting needs.
Essential Duties:
- Manage
the workflow of payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing,
marketing and reception.
- Maintain
the company computer system and provide passwords and perform
troubleshooting as needed.
- Perform
accounting and financial reporting for the company.
- Develop
clerical support system that includes cross-training staff.
Essential Skills:
- Knowledge
of generally accepted accounting procedures, including payroll, accounts
receivable and accounts payable.
- Knowledge
of business billing procedures.
- Ability to train
and supervise clerical staff.
- Ability
to manage multiple tasks with various deadlines
- Communication
and presentation skills
- Time
management skills
- Attention
to detail
- Problem
solving
- Math Skills
- Experience with a variety of computer software programs including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn other software programs and computer systems
This position requires a Business Administration
and/or Accounting degree and 1 – 3 years previous office management experience.
