McElroy's has been installing residential Ground Source Heat Pumps since 1990. Since that time we have installed and serviced WaterFurnace, Climate Master, Trane, Florida Heat Pump and Kinetico brand systems. We have installed pond loop, verticle bore and horizontal geo loop systems. Many of the systems we have installed also have multiple zones which allow different heating and cooling setpoints around the home.

Solar Thermal is the process of using the energy from the sun to heat water. These systems require basically no maintenance and use just a very small amount of electricity to operate the solar fluid pump. They are whisper quiet in operation and they can provide about 50% of a typical homes domestic hot water over the course of a year. You still need your existing water heater for those cloudy periods but your water heater will last longer as it is getting used only about 50% of the normal usage. Solar Thermal systems can heat domestic hot water, swimming pools, infloor radiant heating systems and also help provide heat for Geothermal heat pump systems.
