XTREME Gas
XTREME Gas Commercial Water Heaters are specifically designed to minimize the difficulty of replacing failed water heaters and are versatile for new installations. The XTREME line is designed for applications requiring large quantities of hot water. It’s space saving tank design maximizes installation adaptability by offering models with Front Side and Rear Side Inlet/Outlet water connections. Short heights and small jacket diameters result in greater installation flexibility. In addition, the XTREME water heater offers sag and moisture-proof fiberglass insulation which surrounds the storage tank to minimize heat loss.

New heavy duty vent hood supports are designed to withstand rigors of installation.Standard on all models is the Spark-to-Pilot Ignition System. This system provides reliable and energy saving ignition sequencing by igniting the pilot only when the thermostat calls for heat.
On the gas controlled system, fully adjustable thermostats from 100oF to 180oF; 24 volt combination gas valve includes main gas pressure regulation, on-off manual valve, 120/24 volt transformer and high limit temperature cut-out.

Advantage Plus gas commercial water heaters are specifically designed to provide customers with maximum savings on operation, space and installation. Designed with the most advanced technology available, these products optimize efficiency and operating reliability. The Advantage Plus comes with a 316L stainless steel tank and there is no chimney required. Rather, for vents up to 40 feet, use 3" schedule 40 PVC, CPVC or ABS pipe - to direct vent.

Composite tank and high density polyethylene dent and scratch resistant jacket. Tank comes in 85 gallon or 105 gallon capacity with a maximum delivered temperature of 170oF.
A temperature and pressure relief valve is installed on top the the unit.
The power control circuits use 2 surface mounted thermostats and operate in two stages. This allows the lower control thermostat to operate the lower two elements while an upper control operates the upper two elements. The lower element will provide recovery for all needs and the upper two will kick in to compensate for larger demands.
