Case Study

AT&T Building Renovation

Topeka, KS 70,941 SQ FT

Completed: December 04, 2020

AIM Strategies, LLC wanted to convert an aging three-story building that had previously housed only one tenant into a modernized, multi-tenant facility.

McElroy’s helped them replace an outdated and inefficient HVAC system with a highly efficient, precisely automated, variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system. In addition to substantially reducing overall energy costs, the new system allows AIM Strategies to accurately track utility usage on a per-tenant basis – and assess monthly costs accordingly.

McElroy’s craftsmen handled all HVAC equipment installation, refrigerant piping, automation controls installation and integration, and certified testing and balancing of the system. McElroy’s also removed the building’s aging restroom fixtures and replaced everything with attractive, modern fixtures.

To increase a facility’s long-term value while also lowering the costs of ownership, count on the innovative experts at McElroy’s.
