Construction: Cotton O’Neil Kanza Park
Topeka, KS 88,000 SQ FT
Completed: January 01, 2016When Stormont Vail Health wanted to build a new ambulatory services and single-day surgery center, they turned to McElroy’s for trusted medical-facility construction capabilities.
McElroy’s craftsmen constructed complex heating and cooling systems for precise temperature control of individual environments, diagnostic equipment and computers. Intricate piping systems for medical gas, hydronics and refrigerant flow were installed with exacting precision. McElroy’s provided all plumbing, piping and circulation systems for all domestic water and waste needs.
We also designed, installed and programmed the building automation systems that help ensure optimum function and energy efficiency of the associated systems. McElroy’s meticulous preparation and follow-through help equip medical teams to deliver patient-focused care within facilities that provide optimum functionality at minimized ownership costs.
